Omnitron’s initiative to comply with environmental directives is part of the company’s quality design engineering process, which includes design for environment, reduction in the use of hazardous materials, recycling, and supplier responsibility.
Lifetime Warranty
Omnitron provides a lifetime warranty on all managed and unmanaged media converters and PoE media converters. The lifetime warranty is transferable and valid for as long as you own the product.
Omnitron switches and PoE products are covered by a five year warranty.
Omnitron warranties include coverage for the entire product including fans and power supplies.
Made in the USA
All Omnitron products are manufactured in the United States and are Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant (19 U.S.C. & 2501-2581).
American made means high quality products that comply with federal safety and environmental regulations, and manufactured with respect for human rights.
Omnitron products comply with Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2019, also known as "Part B," which prohibits certain federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD), from purchasing or using any telecommunications or video surveillance equipment or services from specific Chinese companies to aid in the prevention of espionage.
